Design Fee: $150 - this is a one time fee for the creation and design of your decal. Please note if you already have all the appropriate image files and font styles/names (all images in .jpg, .svg or .png and/or already vectorized) the fee is $75. All proofs will be sent to customer for approval. If we do not have exact font, we will do our best to match it as closely as possible.

Installation Labor Rate: $75/ hour, $37.50 per hour

Vinyl: $10 per square foot

Waste Charge: $2 per square foot

Cash, Check, Venmo or Card are all acceptable methods of payment. All checks must be made out to Tiffany Oxenreider. CC transactions will show up as Toby's Tack Shop, LLC.

6% PA Sales Tax applied to all orders, 3% CC Transaction Fee applied to all orders paid by card.

Fuel Surcharge: Only if outside of the 25 mile radius of Robesonia, PA.

I am considered an independent contractor and will provide a W9 Form for tax purposes if requested.
